How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and our current schedule, but most projects start within one to two weeks of an accepted quote. We'll give you a real date, not a maybe.
Do you require a deposit?
For most jobs, yes — a small deposit books your spot on the schedule and covers materials. The balance isn't due until the work is finished and you're happy with it.
What if something changes mid-project?
It happens. If you want to add a room or adjust the scope, we'll walk through it, update the quote in writing, and only move forward once you've okayed the new number.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We don't call a job done until you've walked it with us and signed off. If something isn't right, we fix it on the spot, and it's all backed by our two-year workmanship warranty.
Do you clean up when you're done?
Every day and at the end. We protect your floors and furniture before we start, tidy the site each evening, and haul off all our materials so you're left with just the fresh paint.
